- Higher education in public relations, communication or journalism.
- 3 years of work experience in public relations.
- Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English languages (both verbal and written); knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
- Technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) at a very good user level.
- Very good knowledge of digital communication tools.
- Very good project management skills.
- Responsiveness, flexible thinking, and result orientation.

- Implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public relations projects and activities.
