Pharmaceutical Representative

A dynamically developing young pharmaceutical company on the German market with a long-standing business history of the parent company is looking for a pharmaceutical consultant back office/e-rep.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation and execution of marketing and sales guidelines to achieve promotional objectives
  • Build and maintain professional relationship with target groups
  • Conduct meetings with customers by telephone and online
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Completing all administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintaining customer information via the CRM system
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive sales presentations using all marketing and sales materials
  • Contacting and delivering competent sales presentations to a predetermined list of current and potential customers
  • Attending and participating in product strategy meetings
  • Market and competition analyses
  • Work in due form and time

We require:

  • University degree or professional training in a relevant field (e.g. medicine, natural sciences, pharmacy, business administration/economics); expertise as an accredited pharmaceutical representative is a plus
  • Experience in B2B/pharmaceutical sales; experience in the Rx industry is a plus
  • Experience in remote or hybrid sales
  • Good networking skills
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Experience in digital sales, telesales, multi-channel approach and independent use of various communication channels
  • Experience in the daily use of MS Office, as well as knowledge in the use of CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; advanced business acumen skills
  • Ability to multitask between numerous websites and application
  • Fluency in German and good knowledge of English required
