Your main responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to develop and strengthen Grindeks’s corporate image.
- Effectively promote Grindeks products, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Actively visit customers within the assigned territory to initiate strategic activities, provide education, introduce Grindeks and its products.
- Drive full commitment to a personalized, customer-focused approach, fostering long-term collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Consistently meet sales objectives and contribute to market share growth through tailored engagement strategies and targeted initiatives and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Conduct systematic monitoring and reporting of sales performance, market trends, competitors and customer expectations.
We expect you to have:
- University education in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, natural or biomedical science
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
- Sound knowledge of marketing strategies
- Strong negotiator with a continuous focus on achieving sales results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Results/goal oriented
- Accountable, self-motivated and organized
- Role model/ambassador for the company
- Desire for education and continuous improvement
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Driving license B category
