Your main responsibilities will be:
- Sales and business development: develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration. Identify opportunities for expanding product sales.
- Customer relationship management: open and expand relationships with key pharmacy leaders, and other significant players. Build long-term partnerships to drive growth and strong brand loyalty.
- Market analysis & intelligence: stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and stakeholders needs. Sales analysis to implement effective sales strategies and to search new business opportunities.
- Compliance and reporting: ensure all activities and interactions with healthcare professionals are compliant with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
We expect you to have:
- Education: university degree in Management, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field. Fluent in english language will be appreciated.
- Experience: minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably with generics expertise.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Out of the box thinking
