Your main responsibilities will be:
- Executive Support to General Manager/Team
- Office Management: ensure the smooth running of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Perform administrative (orders and invoices), support various office functions (correspondence, work on information to partners and legal entities, etc), and provide high-quality services to the colleagues, customers and business partners.
- Marketing Support: assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports. Coordinate and organize marketing events, conferences, and meetings. Support the Team with documentation, data entry, and communication.
- Travel and Expense Management: arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the General Manager/Team.
We expect you to have:
- Education: university degree, fluent in english language.
- Experience: minimum of 3 years of similar previous experience.
- Experience/knowledge in public procurement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Out of the box thinking
