Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Establish and manage the quality system within the distribution company, ensuring compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) requirements
  • Oversee and maintain the quality system at Grindeks Kalceks Slovensko s.r.o., defining responsibilities, procedures, and risk management principles
  • Ensure the management of authorized activities and maintain the accuracy and quality of records in line with GDP regulations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain initial and ongoing training programs
  • Coordinate all activities related to the withdrawal of medicinal products from the market
  • Manage and ensure the effective resolution of relevant customer complaints
  • Oversee the approval process for suppliers and customers
  • Approve and monitor all subcontracted activities that may impact GDP compliance
  • Ensure self-inspections are conducted at appropriate regular intervals based on a pre-agreed plan and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Provide regular reporting and maintain effective communication with the Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at HQ
  • Maintain accurate and relevant records of distribution activities to support state authorities during audits
We expect you to have:
  • Education : exclusively only Masters degree in Pharmacy
  • Preferable 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • GDP /Responsible Person (RP) courses / certificates
  • Familiarity with audits and inspections by regulatory authorities
  • Strong analytical skills for process improvement and compliance assurance
  • Ability to handle product recalls, deviations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Accountable, self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to work with MS office software
  • Fluency in English language
  • Driving license
