Grindeks expects from you:
- Higher education in chemistry or pharmacy (you can be a final year student).
- Knowledge and practice in analytical chemistry, instrumental chromatography.
- Good knowledge of laboratory vessels and analytical equipment, their use and principles of operation.
- Good knowledge of labor protection principles when working in the laboratory.
- Good knowledge of Latvian and English (oral, written), knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
- Technical skills with MS Office (Word, Excel) at a good user level.
- Orientation to results and self-development.
- A high sense of responsibility, pedantry, accuracy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Your job duties: (according to the job description)
1. To perform qualitative and quantitative analyzes of chemical substances in accordance with effective quality specifications, analysis methods and internal regulatory documentation, using appropriate equipment, standard substances and reagents.
2. To follow changes in reagents, standard substances and material residues (including narcotic and psychotropic substances), existence, availability. If the balance is less than what is needed for three analyses, inform the responsible persons about it.
3. Document the identified deviations in the analytical works and inform the responsible persons.
