Grindeks expects from you:
- Higher education in business administration, engineering or a related field.
- Experience in process analysis and identifying improvements.
- Ability to practically apply LEAN methods.
- Good knowledge of Latvian and English languages (oral, written).
- Technical skills in working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) at a good user level. Familiarity with BI tools will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in change management will be an advantage.
- Ability to see opportunities in problems.
- Orientation to results and self-development.
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Your job duties: (according to the job description)
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes.
- Identify problem and opportunity areas to increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop detailed recommendations for process improvement.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of improvements.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee training programs to promote awareness of effectiveness.
