Grindeks expects from you:
  • Higher education in public relations, communication, or journalism.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in public relations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English (both spoken and written); knowledge of other foreign languages is considered a plus.
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an advanced level.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital communication tools.
  • Very good project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, very good teamwork skills.
  • Result-oriented and self-development orientation.
  • Initiative, flexibility, goal orientation, and a positive attitude.
Your job responsibilities (according to the job description) include:
  1. Planning public relations projects.
  2. Ensuring successful collaboration with involved individuals.
  3. Implementing, monitoring, and evaluating public relations projects and activities.
  4. Implementing internal communication activities.
