Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise professionally and efficiently with customers and service providers, ensuring timely responses to queries.
  • Tender & Commercial Support: Assist with NHS and private tender submissions, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
  • Administrative & Data Management: Maintain and update records and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Financial Processing: Generate and manage sales invoices using Xero/Hubdoc, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Business Insights & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report key commercial data using Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring adherence to legal and industry regulations.

We expect you to have:

  • Proven experience in a commercial, administrative, or data management role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with finance software (e.g., Xero/Hubdoc) is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
