Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support and advise customers: The main task is to answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to any issues or complaints.
- Handle complaints: It’s essential to address complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring an appropriate solution that benefits both the customer and the company.
- Process orders and requests: Taking orders, handling returns and managing administrative tasks such as updating customer data.

We expect you to have:
- Secondary education (e.g., commercial or administrative) or a bachelor’s degree in is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and bilingualism (Dutch and French) are essential.
- In our sector, there are specific systems used for customer management and compliance, such as SAP, CRM software, or other ERP systems. Experience with these platforms is an important requirement.
