Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate / handling the complete order flow and support of the logistic activities in cooperation with our GDP warehouse
- To manage sales of goods from distribution to customers in line with GDP processes
- Planning & receiving goods to warehouse from Grindeks & Kalceks , releasing goods to distribution,
- Contact person for communication & reporting with SUKL, to control procedure of withdrawing drugs from pharmacies
- To manage the GDP activities during absence of the responsible person .
- Effectively promote Grindeks products, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Activities for tender participation.
- Fulfil the duties and responsibilities as Deputy Responsible Person in line with the EU Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
We expect you to have:
- Education: Masters degree in Pharmacy
- Preferable 3 years Logistic & Distribution experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- GDP /Responsible Person (RP) courses / certificates
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with MS office software
- Accountable, self-motivated and organized
- Fluency in English language
- Driving license
