Your job responsibilities (according to the job description):
- Perform organic synthesis in the laboratory, following the job description.
- Conduct literature searches on methods for obtaining specific compounds.
- Develop new pathways for compound synthesis and validate them.
- Prepare experiment plans for optimizing compound synthesis methods and execute them.
- Prepare reports and analyze the experiments conducted.
