A dynamically developing young pharmaceutical company on the German market with a long-standing business history of the parent company is looking for a Project Manager Rx.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility and coordination for supply chain management.
- Continuous monitoring of pharmacy prices and adjustment of list prices according to strict economic criteria
- Conducting profitability reviews, market monitoring and competitive analyses.
- Ensuring the continuous monitoring and demand planning of all tenders and sales altogether.
- Manage local Marketing materials and actions in alignment with the Parent company marketing team
- Collaborate with Quality Management (QM) teams to monitor and address quality issues, product recalls, and complaints.
- support of tender manager, especially for open house tender.
- Maintenance and updating of relevant databases/BI tools, including monthly reports.
- Tracking of stock shortages and calculation of purchase proposals
- Support with process improvement and business intelligence projects
- Development of a database for tender publications to estimate upcoming tenders for all products
- Work in due form and time
We require:
- Degree in economics or natural sciences or similar qualification.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in generics.
- Experience in marketing, with a strong background in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High self-motivation, goal-oriented, flexible, and resilient.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with an affinity for numbers.
- Forward thinking and commercial acumen to address challenges in a solution-oriented manner.
- Fluency in German and excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and confident with the other MS Office solutions.
- Experience in the daily use of MS Office, as well as knowledge in the use of CRM systems
